Mission The Interfraternity Council (IFC) serves as the self-governing body for the fraternities at the University of California Irvine. It consists of the Executive Board and the Council. The executive board consists of fraternity members who are elected into their positions by the IFC Council. The Council consists of presidents and delegates from each chapter. Every Monday of the academic year the executive board and council convene for formal IFC meeting at 11 am in the Dr. White Room in the Cross-Cultural Center.
