The purpose of Phi Lambda Rho Sorority, Inc. is to provide a lifelong sisterhood based on facilitating the advancement of women of color through higher education. Our mission is to give back to our community, especially our marginalized youth while celebrating and promoting the Chicana/Latina culture.
