MissionHPA shall function as a non-profit fundraising organization, raising money using thefanbase activism of the Harry Potter franchise, that must donate all proceeds to variousinternational, national, and local charitable causes; the charities to which HPA donatesmust be decided upon by its members in accordance with the procedures defined in theBylaws.
