MissionThe purpose(s) of this organization shall be aimed towards students interested in learning aboutHuman Resources and the psychology of business. Through professional development,networking, and going in depth about Human Resource topics, we strive to ensure our membersare prepared for a career in Human Resources or any other related field. HRPO will providestudents with the opportunity to hear from professors of expertise, LER graduate students, andexternal guest speakers who will share their experience within the field. Additionally, we intendto have networking events between members of the organization to give members experience andtips with networking in the real world. To enhance professional skills, members will gainexposure to mock interviews, resume critiques, LinkedIn workshops, and more. HRPO aims toprepare students for a career in Human Resources or the psychology of business throughhands-on experience. All majors and knowledge levels are welcome!
