"WiL's mission is to serve the entire Haas community through a series of professional,educational, and social events designed to enhance the understanding and appreciation ofwomen's roles in business while equipping WiL members for success.
We organize around four main pillars to help foster an inclusive and engaging experience for our club members.
01.–
Community: We have several events that run throughout the year. The most relevant one beingWednesdays with WiL, an open table for members to come together and connect with the WiL community. Another highlight is our Members Retreat each fall.
02.–
Professional: To provide professional support, we collaborate with the Haas CareerManagement Group and our Alumni club (WiLA). Our flagship professional event is our AnnualSpring Conference, the longest running conference at Haas.
03.–
Social: We spend a lot of time building community! Our members and allies are always invitedto our WiL happy hours and mixers. We also work directly with Haas Admissions to host social,recruiting, and informational events for prospective students.

Educational: We host workshops on boundaries, allyship, and women's health, just to name afew. Our Manbassadors (male allyship group) spearhead much of this work. We alsocollaborate with and mentor the Berkeley Undergraduate Women in Business club."
