MissionThe Illini Women’s Water Polo serves as a team of women at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign that enjoythe sport of water polo and the camaraderie of a team atmosphere. We accept people of all ages and skill sets that have a passionfor being in the water. We compete at Big Ten tournaments across the Midwest in hopes of going to nationals each year. We aregoverned by the team’s seniors as well as a president, captains, and many other positions.
