MissionThe purpose of this body shall be:A. To conduct social, cultural, educational, and recreational activities and programs for all members of the University community, including students, faculty, staff and alumni;B. To support any other associations that are interested in disseminating the culture of Lusophone countries at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and in our local community;C. To support the Portuguese Program in recruiting events;D. To advise the Portuguese Program Director of students needs and requests;E. To advise Portuguese Program Director on matters of policy related to extracurricular activities to promote the teaching and learning of Luso-Brazilian culture;
