MissionRoot to Roof is a student-led design-build organization serving the Central Illinoiscommunity. Our mission is to engage future architects to think critically about locally harvestedlumber, hand-crafting, and the principles of sustainability through active project planning andparticipation.The organization will start with small-scale intervention projects. Root to Roof eventually aimsto create quality, energy efficient large-scale solutions to solve for issues of homelessness andpoverty in the local area.
