Mission Our mission is to introduce mindfulness practices to elementary school students, addressing the current absence of mental health education in the public school curriculum. To address this gap, we conduct 45-minute lessons focusing on teaching children effective ways to manage their thoughts and emotions. We collaborate with local schools by reaching out to teachers and volunteering in their classrooms to deliver our lessons. Our ultimate goal is to empower students with essential tools to navigate the complexities of life. Through teachings on meditation, yoga, and mindful thought observation, we believe we can make a positive impact.
