Mission
UCSB Roundnet Club exists at UCSB to establish a community of students who share a passion for the sport of spikeball/roundnet, irrespective of their skill level.
UCSB Roundnet Club's mission is to promote the spirit and skills of spikeball/roundnet through:
1) Organizing training and development sessions for members to enhance their skills and understanding of the game;
2) Providing opportunities for both casual and competitive play, fostering a supportive environment where all members can enjoy and excel in the sport;
3) Engaging with the broader UCSB community through events, outreach, and collaborations, promoting sportsmanship, inclusivity, and camaraderie;with the intention of nurturing dedicated players, encouraging sportsmanship, and cultivating leaders within the roundnet and larger UCSB community.
Membership Benefits
Membership is free, so participating members get access to:
Skill Development: Gain access to specialized training sessions, workshops, and coaching aimed at honing your spikeball/roundnet skills, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player.
Competitive Opportunities: Participate in club-hosted tournaments, intercollegiate competitions, and showcase events. Challenge yourself and your team against a variety of opponents.
