The Paleontological Society of Berkeley is a community at Berkeley that connects students interested in paleontology to one another. We meet once a week at VLSB 3007 (Fridays, 5:30-6:30pm) to discuss paleontology news, share student presentations about paleontological topics of their interest, and provide connections into the paleontological research world. We also do field trips to nearby fossil sites and parts of our university's fossil research collections, as well as talk with guest speakers including UC faculty, grad students, and other paleontologists. Anybody interested in anything about ancient life is welcome to attend our meetings!
