SUR is the first club dedicated to South American students and their success at Berkeley. Our club was born out of a necessity to fill a gap in the representation of South Americans within the Latine organization space on campus. SUR allows us to assert our own narratives and affirm our latinidad.
SUR is committed to celebrating the diverse cultures, traditions, and histories of South America recognizing that each student brings a unique experience and perspective into our space. Through our general meetings, workshops, and socials, we aim to provide a platform for members to share their experiences, perspectives, and passions.
