The mission of APSA at Berkeley (American Physician Scientists Association at Berkeley) is to spread awareness of physician-scientist and MD-PhD programs. It prepares members for training and development as physician-scientists by networking at the local and regional level, provides resources for success in MD-PhD programs, and inspires others to pursue careers as research physicians through community outreach and education. We do events like CPR/BLS certification courses, info sessions at Stanford and UCSF, panels with current MD/PhD candidates, resume/application workshops, and so much more! Everyone is welcome!
