The UC Berkeley Pre-Medical Honor Society (PMHS) is an organization for hopeful pre-meds and aspiring physicians to meet health care professionals, hear from medical school representatives from across the country, talk to professors and distinguished faculty, gain unique clinical experience, and attend workshops focused on the successful navigation of the Berkeley pre-med scene. Students are invited to join our open and positive community where people can learn from their peers and share helpful advice.
The following are a few benefits of membership:
- Medical school information sessions hosted by medical schools throughout the country
- Opportunities to shadow physicians in the Bay Area in various specialties
- Professor luncheons with club sponsors and other distinguished faculty members
- Informational sessions regarding the MCAT, resumes, interviews, and the application process

- Opportunities to participate in a variety of club-sponsored community service activities
