It is our mission as Society of Women in Business (“SWIB”) to foster the empowerment of women in the workplace through establishment of corporate connections and enhancement of business knowledge. As a powerful networking organization, SWIB will give its members the confidence and tools needed for them to succeed in an ever-changing and competitive business world. Our organization allows women to achieve their goals, think strategically, and emerge into the capable leaders who will flourish in all of their future endeavors, whatever they may be. We are the elite business women of Georgia Tech and we are ready to excel in all that we do both professionally and personally.
