The purpose of TKD is to promote and provide Tae Kwon Do instruction at Georgia Tech, provide a safe environment for members of the Georgia Tech community to practice World Tae Kwon Do style martial arts, inspire a sense of community through members' common interest of Tae Kwon Do, and give students the opportunity to train for and participate in tournaments both local and national while representing Georgia Tech.
