The Theme Park Engineering and Design Club provides a community for students who share an interest in themed entertainment. It promotes the idea that a student of any major, from engineering to design, can apply their skills to the themed entertainment industry and work for companies like Walt Disney Imagineering and Universal Creative. Our members all share a passion for theme parks and use this passion to develop the skills needed for a career in themed entertainment.
If you are interested in theme parks and attractions, whether you've been to a park once or have visited every one from coast to coast, we welcome you into this club. As a member of GT TPED you will be able to take part in in-house design competitions, skills workshops, networking events with industry professionals, tours of themed attraction facilities, and social events to help meet other theme park enthusiasts.
GT TPED meets every week with meetings being hybrid for the Fall semester. If you are interested in joining our club please join through engage and we will reach out to you about how to become further involved.
