AIESEC is an international, student-run non-profit that operates as a hybrid between a business and a student organization. Members build professional skills through delivering AIESEC's global exchange programs to UT students and corporations based in Austin. Through developing business skills and understanding the world more, AIESEC develops young leaders who are solution-oriented, self-aware, world-citizens, and who empower others to be the same.
