The Bangladeshi Students Association at the University of Texas at Austin, abbreviated to BDSA, is intended to provide a community to students, faculty, and staff who would like a platform to celebrate Bangladesh, the Bangladeshi identity, and Bangladeshi culture. The objectives include, but are not limited to providing networking and socializing opportunities among those with the interests stated, providing a platform for incoming international students to ask for assistance with transition, facilitating the celebration of cultural events, and representing Bangladesh on campus.
