The UC Berkeley Sikh Student Association was formulated over a decade ago with the intention to provide Cal Sikhs a forum for the discussion and advancement of the Sikh faith as well as to educate the greater campus about Sikhi and its many followers. It exists as a medium through which members can perform community service. As an organization, it servs the purpose of engaging non-Sikhs in an ongoing educational dialog.
