FLO’s Mission:
FLO is an organization that consists of members interested in furthering their leadership abilities. We bring together a group of first-year students from various majors, backgrounds, and interests. We help these students settle into life at UT through by providing them with a tight knit community that supports them. Through meetings, socials, service opportunities, workshops, and guest speakers, we develop our members as individuals and leaders for tomorrow! By the time a freshman concludes their first year at UT, they won’t believe how much they’ve grown. We work to make this a fun and exciting experience through providing significant skills and meaning to one’s freshman year at UT!
