Lebanese Cultural Organization at UT-Austin is a non-religious, non-political Lebanese social group for students. We are subscribed to the Lebanese Collegiate Network - a national organization that binds Lebanese student groups throughout the United States - that foster networking in local and national areas. Our group organizes a variety of social events in the Austin area to connect fellow people of Lebanese background while having a fun time. We hope to create a welcoming atmosphere for our members that embraces their backgrounds while celebrating Lebanese culture through art (i.e. dabke/dancing), food (i.e. potlucks) and music (i.e. parties)! Persons of non-Lebanese background with a passion for the country of Lebanon are invited to join
