We are a service organization focused on leadership development, mentorship, and advocacy for women's rights and issues. Members engage in various initiatives, including volunteer work, fundraising for local charities, and hosting events that raise awareness about gender equality and women's health. By fostering a supportive network, the organization helps students build valuable skills, connect with peers, and contribute positively to both the campus and the broader community. Members are required to complete 12 service hours per semester, 2 hours which must be through longhorn ladies. Members are also required to attend bi-weekly meetings, maintain at least a 2.25 GPA, attend at least 2 socials and one team building overnight activity.
