Student Farms of Berkeley is a student-led agro-ecological association that manages a coalition of 7+ gardens on and around the UC Berkeley Campus. Student Farms of Berkeley is a transparent and non-discriminatory student-led organization that prioritizes coalition building, systematic inclusion, and equitable distribution of fruit and land through collective action and resistance. We sponsor several DeCal courses throughout the year, which focus on teaching Bay-area residents everything from basic organic garden skills to land acknowledgement. Our goal is to prioritize BI-POC/LGBTQ leadership and build alliances between marginalized community members inside and outside of the Cal community.
