We are the University of Texas at Austin Society of Physics Students! We aim to advance our love and knowledge of physics through weekly meetings that feature UT Physics professors, showcase undergraduate physics research, and connect physics students together. Additionally, we aim to cultivate an interest in physics in our broader academic and local communities by participating in a multitude of departmental, social, and volunteer events like Gone to CNS, Welcome Week, Girl Day, and Prospective Students Day.
SPS is open to ANYONE with a general interest in Physics, and our weekly meetings will be on Mondays at 5:30-6:30. Feel free to contact us with any questions at spsofficers@gmail.com.
