We study and practice Yoga. There is an off-campus speaker/ instructor who donates his services. Our practice is a classical routine that is suitable for people with beginning and advanced experience with Yoga. Each session is free of charge. We practice Yoga to encourage healthy lifestyles, relieve stress and tension, heal physical and mental injuries, and reconnect with ourselves.
