Generation Smile is the first student organization at NYUCD dedicated exclusively to helping children with cleft palates & lips. We hope to bring together many disciplines – including pediatrics, oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthodontics, and general dentistry – to provide complete comprehensive care for those in need. Our organization aims to spread awareness, raise funds to support cleft lip surgeries, pool resources in one location, and organize outreaches. Our mission is to give back to the community both through education as well as with hands-on work.
