GlamourGals is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to inspire and organize youngsters to provide ongoing complimentary beauty makeovers and companionship to elderly women living in senior homes. The purpose of this club is not only to make the nursing home residents feel more beautiful and alive, but also to bridge the generation gap between the younger and the older generation. Through conversations and makeovers, beauty, gratification and kindness are understood in terms of their similitude across generations.
