The Headless Society is a club founded on the moment of inspiration. We are about letting loose and writing without constraints. Original prompts run by a different member each week spark the creative process. We write for about 20 minutes and members are encouraged to share their work at the end of the meeting. The Headless Society combats writer's block in a creative environment that is not preoccupied with valuation. Here, the process is the product. The Headless Society is a passionate community that publishes a literary magazine each semester, entitled The Guillotine. Members that wish to may showcase their un-edited writings from meetings in this magazine. While the products remain unchanged, prepared to be surprised by what you can write in 20 minutes!
