To propagate a non-violent lifestyle through the principles of spiritual vegetarianism, yoga philosophy, and different forms of meditation. Our club focuses on engaged action in each of these areas by 1.) fighting food insecurity through the weekly distribution of free vegetarian/vegan meals, 2.) distributing yoga and meditation books, and 3.) fostering awareness of mindful practices. To this extent we serve as a platform to help others learn about and engage in spirituality practically for a more vibrant and fulfilling life.
