Project OutReach helps new undergraduate students explore the Social Change Model of Leadership Development while connecting with New York City's diverse community service scene. Project OutReach alumni who are also current undergraduate students at NYU, share their extensive leadership experience as small group facilitators for this program.
Project OutReach is held immediately prior to Welcome Week and consists of workshops, fun activities and a variety of community service projects. Previous Project OutReach projects include delivering hot meals in the West Village, hosting a carnival for the families of children with serious medical conditions, and cleaning and painting a city park.
