PUMP (Peer Undergraduate Mentorship Program) is a CAS club that pairs first- and second-year women currently pursuing or interested in STEM majors or tracks with an upper-level woman in a similar concentration. Mentor-mentee pairs are expected to virtually meet once a month to discuss academic life, career options, and research opportunities, among other topics. There are also larger events throughout the year, including panels, webinars, and networking events.
