Supporting Excellence and Advocating Diversity (SEAD) is the premier campus collective for underrepresented business students. The organization is dedicated to fostering a community of educated, innovative, and engaged business leaders through professional development, academic enrichment, and leadership development. SEAD was founded at Stern in 2003 as an organization for first generation, minority college students. Since then the club has grown to become a tight-knit community of diverse students interested in pursuing careers in business.
